Halo 3

Halo 3 is the next in the Halo series and ends the campaign of the two previous games. It is very accurate to the previous campaign`s story lines. Which allows you to follow the game easily unless you haven`t played the previous Halos. The weaponary and the vehicles in Halo 3 are very similar to Halo 2 which includes the tanks, banshee, warthog, ghost, wraith. There are a few new ones introduced though the chopper and the prowler which are very powerful machines that work like the spike gun and spike gernades. There are a few new maps that have alittle twist to them and are extremely fun to play with friends or people on xbox live.

The weapons are very similar as well with only having a couple of changes like the spike gun and gernade which shoots out metal spikes that are very fatal against your opponents and then you have all of the original as well. You do also get to use the energy swords which is a very deadly weapon at close range which is the only downfall of the sword. Halo 3 a very intense and fun game that can be played with many of your friends and can challenge yourself by playing on xbox live and ranked matches with very skilled people all over the world.

Halo 2

The sequel to the Halo and it contunies the legacy of the Halo has created and also the campaign storyline. Halo is one of few that all the story lines match one another in a seqeul stand point. The weapons in Halo have improved from the first and also alllows you to dual weapons like small machine guns or alien weapons which is very new to the original Halo. The next thing that is really sweet is the vehicles that they you can use during campaign and also multiplayer play. The multiplayer play is very similar to Halo, but it has additional maps and completely different looking maps.

Halo

Halo is a game based on a very futuristic view on life for humans and aliens. The human race is fighting against aliens that are trying to wipe out the human race and you play as a spartan. The spartan is in a suit that allows you jump and you also have rengenrating shield on the suit. Your job through the whole campaign is to defend the humans and save them. The game itself has two game type the campaign and also the multiplayer mode which is either split screen or live.

The multiplayer in this game is very different from all other games because you are allowed to play four players on the same xbox and be able to play live which no other game that I have played allows you to do. The maps are not like anything that you see in the campaign which throws you off alittle but also makes it fun. You have a very large arsenol of weapons to choose from and that includes the human weapons as well as the alien weapons. Each weapon has a distinctive property to it which makes the game more interesting and more challenging as well. This is the first game of the whole Halo series and the story line of the campaign extends to each game in the series.

Need For Speed: Most Wanted

Most Wanted is a game that shows the underground illegal racing on the streets. The game has three different modes the campaign, split screen, and xbox live. In the campaign mode you are start out by buying a plain car and once bought you go and modify it with the money you have. Here you get to kinda see how much it takes to modify your vehicle from paint jobs all the way to the tires and  everything in between. You then start racing and there is a list of fifteen people that you must beat to be top dog. If you win the race you then are given three choices at random you click on that and you can win money to modifications and you may even get luck and win the vehicle from the opponent. Then you must look at the other requirements that you must do before you can race the numbered opponent such as; races, bounty, and milestones.

Once you have done that and got to number one you have beaten the game. So after that you can move on to split screen and depending on where your at in your campaign mode is the car that you can use against your friends. The only thing with split screen is that you can only race each other you can`t do things like bounty or anything like that. Then you can do xbox live which is fun, because you can beat the game and you can use all your modified cars to people from all over the world, which makes you feel good when you can say your at the top of the leader boards in xbox live. So this game is a very intense and high speed racing game that has a couple twist to it that puts it apart from all other racing games.

NCAA Football 08

NCAA Football 08 is another realistic game that is based on the college teams of today and all of the players that played in 2008 as well as the coaches. The game has many things that you can do that are really cool, you can build a player and start a campus legend what that allows you to do is with the player you created you go back to high school and depending on what position you picked for your player you play that postion and a coach calls the plays and you keep playing. Then you recieve points off how many yards you recieve or what not and at the end of the game you will recieve college scholarships and depending on how good you are at that postion the better college scholarships you will recieve.

Once you pick a college you go through practices and games as well. You do have to make other choices as well like at night you have to decide between doing things with friends or studying and you must keep in mind you do have to have good grades or you won`t play. That is one of many modes you can play in this game, but in like the last game posted NCAA Basketball 08 you can not see a players name only a number which is kinda a disapointment but otherwise this game is a very realistic and fast game.

NCAA Basketball 08

NCAA Basketball is a game that has followed in the huge franchise of all the NCAA games all from basketball to football and more college sports. This game is not very special compared to the others, but it does have some more qualities that the other games hadn`t in the past. Such as the new plays that it allows you to calland depending on the team you choose you can  have a very large play call list or a very small one. The next thing that is really cool is that you can build up momentum and once there is a dead ball you can use it and pump up your players and the crowd. You can either go against a player from the other team or the crowd. Just depends where you are when you decide to hit the button. The game itself can be fast or slow just depends on your playing style and choice of team as well. The only thing that is kinda a downer is that you dont have names on the players just their numbers like the games in the past, but hopefully they change that soon.

Deadliest Warrior: The Game

Deadliest Warrior: The Game, if you have ever played Mortal Combat it well be very familliar to you. Reason being the way the warriors fight and everything of that sort is just like Mortal Combat. If you have every seen the show Deadliest Warrrior you will see every warrior that is presented in the game except for modern day warriors. There are three things you can do when going into the game campaign, xbox live, and practice. When you play the campaign you have to defeat every warrior and in between warriors are challenges that allow you to gain extra weapons and also armor for the warrior that you choose. You have six options to choose from when choosing a warrior the Viking, Apache, Ninja, Spartan, Knight, and the Samurai.  Each warrior has their certian weaponary and special attacks, whenever you want to finish a man off you press the certian order of buttons depending on the warrior and it will do a special attack in slow motion.

Medal of Honor

Medal of Honor, is a game that is based on present day military tactics and also the stratergies the use tooday. This game is one of the best game of representing present day warfare by location all the way to weaponary and technology. The weaponary does not have a futuristic look like all the others it stays true to modern day weaponary. The technology is awesome you may think that some of the stuff on the game are to futuristic for modern day, but it stays very true to the technology they use today. The location of the campaign and the xbox live maps are based out of the middle east. In the campaign you have both night and day operations that will challenge you and force you to think.

Medal of Honor is a very fast game and very intense game. The multiplayer or xbox live is very realistic and  when you go into the game you have three classes to pick from rifleman, sniper, and gunner. The ability to modify these classes comes with each rank you earn. So this game is a very realistic and very intense game that is based on modern day warfare.

Ghost Recon 2

Ghost Recon 2, is a game that is a fast and very intense game that is based on futuristic military tactics. The campaign starts out with you taking orders from your superiors and then you go to execute the orders with a team of four people. The team of four are made up of two rifleman, sniper and a gunner. The two rifleman are the at point, which means they lead the team and give orders. Throughout the game though you can be anyone of these soldiers. Once you have chosen a man for the mission, you give commands to the other three. The commands are advance, hold, flank right and left, and fall back; once you have given anyone of these commands the other three follow it perfectly.

The campaign can be played by a single player or up to four players, which is another good thing about this game. This game is not just a campaign game only it has many game modes you can play such as fire fight, mission, and objective. A fire fight is just endless waves of enemies that come at you from everywhere. The objective is where you defend certian areas or attack certain places for a certain part of time. So if you are looking for a high intense shooting game where you can have some control of your four man team, then this game is great for you.

Army of Two The 40th Day

Army of Two The 40th day, The game Army of Two The 40th Day is the sequel to the previous game I posted last week. The games playing modes are very similar, like that of live play and single player or cooperative paly. The 40th Day is still based on the two characters Rios and Salem, they are still the contractors for the same company. The view of the game is very similar, but there are a few differences like the guns are very different. The guns have a lot more kick to them then that of the first Army of Two. The next thing that is different is that you have the ability to modify your grenade. You can pimp it out and buy different types of grenades as well. Then the point of view or the camera view while gameplay is very wierd, because its in a wierd angle of third person which isn`t very optimal for gaming.

The game itself is very similar but yet again can become very different from the first. I mean if you like third person view and games that follow tight story lines then i would definately get this game. For my personal taste i didn`t like it compared to the first Army of Two. The graphics are very clean and not very distorted, also not many glitches during gameplay. The game is a well designed game that has a tight and well descriptive storyline that follows its previous storyline very well.

Army of Two

Army of Two, This game is a shooter game that is based on two contractors or people hired from a organization to kill someone. These two people are called Rios and Salem and these two contractors carry a long range rifle, machine gun, and a pistol. Each level you go through you recieve money for each objective you do. Once you recieve this money you can go in and customize each weapon and even the gernades you carry. The biggest signature for this game is the two contractors that wear mask and you can customize your mask depending on your personality. These two contractors are set on objectives for every level and for every level you are always going against the same organization. This organization has very good reasources and lots of soliders that you face in every corner.

When you start getting into about 3 levels in you will be able to customize weapons and there is one thing in there is when you can put camoflauge in your weapon and its called pimp. Pimp is when you put a pure gold paint on your weapon. This creates a agro difference between you and your partner, agro is when you get the attention of your enemies. Doing this allows your parnter to become invisible in a sense and be able to get around them and shoot them in the back. This game is a high intense game that makes you think a little, but the outcome of the game as a whole is worth it.

Modern Warfare 2 Breakdown

Modern Warfare 2, is another high intensity shooter game. This game is based on modern day military tactics and weapons. This game has an great campaign mode, but the best part of this game is the live or online play. You can have up to 10 custom classes that you can get up to and you can pick anything from a rifleman to a elite sniper. You can custom it in anyway you want by the type of lethal grenade you want, or picking a tactical grenade like a flash, concussion, and smoke. Then you get further into customizing the classes you can get into the perks you have three different perks that you can customize. These perks can give you the upper hand on your opponents when you play online.

When you customize your gun you can put on certain scopes, such as the thermal or acog. You can also put on suppressors and also grips. Also have the option of putting on rapid fire, which allows you to fire your gun on a very high rate of fire. Also you have the option to but dual wielding which allows you to have two guns one in each hand. Then you can also have a tactical knife on your pistol or secondary weapon which gives you the capability to knife at a much faster rate than if you didn`t have it. Only huge down fall of this game is the glitches on each map that people have found that makes it impossible to kill people or find them. The creators usually don`t patch the glitches because there are to many glitches found.

Sniper Ghost Warrior breakdown

 Sniper Ghost Warrior, is a first person shooter game. It is based on a sniper that is in the United States military. When you first start out you are a team of two the sniper and the spotter. The player is a pretty easy game to play at first until you lose your spotter and your on your own. This game has a couple of features during game play that have never been used. One of these features is that it applies wind age, humidity, elevation, and distance that will affect each shot you take. Which makes this game extremely realistic and the way you can adjust your shot is when you look through the crosshair there is a red dot that appears once you slow your heart beat and breathing. That red dot represents where the bullet will drop to and hit on the target your shooting at. Another thing that is really cool is if you align the red dot with a enemy head you it will show it in slow motion and follow the bullet all the way to the targets head.

This game has fairly well graphics not always the best but the only reason for that is because they were going for the best content for a realistic sniper game. It really adds realistic things such as when you run your heart beat is higher which makes the shot hard if you have to do it quickly. So the game has fair graphics but amazing content. So if you are looking for a good first person shooter game that you don't mind have alright graphics this is a great game to play. It will challenge you but keep you interested as well, it took me four days to beat the whole game. I`m also a person that plays all the time so this game can take longer if you don't play all the time.
      

Introduction to the Gaming breakdown

I will breakdown various video games for xbox 360. I will breakdown everything from shooting to sports games. The first game that will be broke down is going to be Sinper Ghost warrior, which is a first person shooting game that is based on a military sniper for the United States.
